Death and Life and Bikes

Thursday afternoon I was literally hit by a truck. Miraculously I escaped unscathed, adding yet another story to my list of near death experiences.

Close encounters with death:

2003′s mysterious wind-pipe closure
2008′s brush with a train (heavy equipment to head)
2008′s careless decision to bike into an open field during a thunderstorm
2008′s beer bottle to jugular
2010′s hit by truck
